Cute dress but the material is rough but tight on the bottom

Love this piece the color is vibrant and fits well

The material is like some cheap gauze. I ordered the extra large and the top is WAYYYY too big. I love the concept of the dress, but this just isn’t hitting all the marks. For reference, I am 5’9,185 pounds a 38C- XL was way too big.
