A little confused lol. The top is very loose, lots of loose fabric. But the skirt part fits me well. Not sure if it’s because my breasts are small. I still love it though so I’m trying to decide if I should return for an xs or just get this altered 😓😓😓😓 ughhh very un proportional but idk if it’s me or the dress lollll

Really cute but the top part was way too big. I saw the other reviews and even got a M and I’m usually a XL.
