I already had the top and I figured I really needed to get the skirt so happy that I did. You can either wear this skirt down showing your midriff or you can pull it up right underneath the ruffle and create a one piece dress look really happy with this purchase. I’m so glad I opted to get the skirt. Lots of Stretch.
